Day 1 morning: walk the eastern sidewalk of the Golden Gate Bridge from Battery East, then Lyft to the Palace of Fine Arts for the lagoon.
Day 1 afternoon: walk the Marina Green to Crissy Field, then cable car to Ghirardelli Square and Pier 39 for the sea lions and dinner at Scoma's.
Day 2: 9am Alcatraz ferry from Pier 33 (book in advance), lunch at the Ferry Building, cable car up to Nob Hill for the Fairmont/Mark Hopkins, sunset at Twin Peaks.
